1. Hard floor — never permitted
Prohibited regardless of model, "uncensored" mode, or intent:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors.
- Credible threats of mass-casualty violence or operational instructions for carrying them out.
- Malware, ransomware, or fraud tooling intended for real-world use against people or systems.
- WMD / CBRN uplift.
- Activity subject to US sanctions or that violates export-control law.
Violations may be reported to law enforcement, including NCMEC for CSAM.
2. What we do not police
We do not filter lawful content to fit a political, moral, or corporate policy. Adult, edgy, controversial, or unfiltered lawful content is the customer's call. This is the product.
3. Customer responsibilities
- You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for your inputs and for how you use outputs.
- You may not resell, sublicense, or expose the API to third parties without a separate agreement.
- You may not attempt to defeat rate limits, metering, or the hard floor above.
4. Enforcement
- Prepaid balances, per-key rate limits, and no free tier are abuse controls.
- We may suspend a wallet/key and block addresses associated with violations or sanctions.
- We do not retain prompt content by default; enforcement may use non-content signals and, where legally required, report.
5. Changes
We may update this policy; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
