1. Service
Occultron provides access to open-weight language models over an OpenAI-compatible API and a browser interface. Access is prepaid: you buy inference credits and they are debited per use.
2. Credits are closed-loop
- Credits are nontransferable, nonredeemable, nonwithdrawable, and inference-only. They are not money, not a token, and cannot be exchanged or cashed out.
- We do not transfer your funds to anyone else; credits apply only to inference on your own wallet.
- We are selling compute, not acting as a payment intermediary.
3. No account, no refunds, no guarantees
- Access is pseudonymous (a bearer key). Keep your key safe; anyone with it can spend your credits.
- Except where required by law or for a verified billing error, purchases are non-refundable. If we issue a refund, it is to the same address that funded the wallet.
- Models are third-party open weights; outputs may be inaccurate, and you are responsible for how you use them. The service is provided as is, without warranty.
4. Acceptable use
You must follow the AUP, including the hard floor (no CSAM, credible mass-casualty violence, malware/fraud tooling, WMD uplift, or sanctioned activity). We may suspend a wallet/key and block addresses for violations or sanctions.
5. No resale
You may not resell, sublicense, or expose the API to third parties without a separate written agreement.
6. Availability
Inference runs on rented third-party GPUs. Capacity and uptime are best-effort; we may change models, prices, or providers. USD is the unit of account; crypto is the settlement rail.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
